How do we reinvest in the communities that raised us?

We reinvest at least 2% of our annual revenue into the communities that support us. That includes cash and in-kind donations, event sponsorships, and volunteer support for youth programs, wellness initiatives, and grassroots organizations;  especially those serving BIPOC and immigrant communities in the Pacific Northwest. Giving back isn’t an extra for us it’s part of how we do business.

While we support registered 501(c)(3) nonprofits, we also recognize that many impactful grassroots and community-led organizations may not yet have formal nonprofit status and we consider those groups for support when their mission aligns with our values.
